Relays:                       After all individual entries have been made, coaches will determine team relays. All swimmers entered in a given session are eligible for team relays for that session. There is no charge for relay entries.

 

Payment:                    Staple your check to this form and place it in the black PA Fees drop box at the GPN pool.
